We will be happy to exchange or issue a store credit for items returned within 14 days of the original purchase. Items must be unworn, undamaged, with the original tags still attached, and accompanied by a receipt.
Clearance items are final sale. Shoes must be returned with their original shoe box. We do not offer price adjustments for items that go on sale after the date of purchase.
We are not responsible for damages due to care of clothing. We highly recommend reading the care instructions before washing or dry cleaning any item.
ONLINE RETURN POLICY
For online orders, we accept products that are unworn, undamaged, with the original tags still attached for an online store credit. Shoes must be returned with their original shoe box. Please pack the shoe box inside another box as the original shoe box must be returned undamaged.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
All returns must be received within 14 days of the original shipment date. Original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

DAMAGES
Damages must be reported to us prior to wearing the garment. Tags must still be attached.
All reports must be made within 3 days of receiving your garment.
Please contact us immediately and provide us with a picture of the damaged/defective area. Please include your name and order number.

All of the products from Moxie District 31 will be shipped from Houston. Most items are shipped same day, or next day depending on when the order is received with 2-day shipping.
